We are starting a new post each week which will feature one of our children at the
Point of Hope Development Center who has been receiving personalized attention by the dedicated staff. This week we are focusing on Ioana Todor. Ioana was enrolled into our program this past fall (September 2015). What a blessing this little girl has been to the program. She is only three years and brings with her lots of smiles.
